Wanted to show off some projects I made last week. These coffin succulent arrangements I made, plus a succulent frame. One coffin is for me and one is for my parents. I ordered a set of 10 Lithops off Etsy to use for this project. I ordered 20 succulents from Altman Plants for the frame, but pulled a couple for a coffin (Ogre Ears and Golden Sedum). I'm quite proud of my work and hope I can keep them all alive! 😁

I struck gold! 🤩 I'm in a plant exchange group on Facebook for my town and this lady posted a String of Turtles. I mentioned how it was one of my dream plants and she said she would get in touch with me when she's ready to trim it. Well she did the other day! She also offered many other types of cuttings! I am beyond grateful ☺️ She gave me: Marble Queen Pothos, Hoya Bella, Hoya Black Margin, String of Pearls, String of Bananas, and the String of Turtles. I can't wait til I have something to give back to her in return. She was so generous for giving me all these cuttings, and they are beautiful cuttings! (There are more than 4 photos. Click one and just scroll)

I just started indoor plant life five months ago and have loved jumping in. Wanted to share the before and after for my Swiss cheese Vine as it’s grown the fastest out of the plants I started with! 🌱

So, I’m like in my feelings but I know y’all will probably get it. I lost my string of pearls to frost and it’s weighing on me. Here’s first and last pics with one so you can see length. Loved this one a lot #stringofpearls #succulent #seneccio #wintering

Many of my plants that only get natural light have gotten a little etiolated and leggy this winter. It’s hard to avoid if you don’t use grow lights and you have dark winter months but I think It’s alright. Looking forward to longer days ahead 🌻

Ok, so that vessel to the right has been empty for way too long. I want to get a new plant for it, but which one? Any suggestions? 😃🪴
It’s placed under a grow light (not in the picture) that’s turned on for 10h each day.

Say hello to my new and cute little plant. 🌸
Ida
Package: ”One seed every 10 cm. Estimated germination about 95%”
Me: Nah. Better take 50 🤷♀️
Why do I always do this? Is it just me? 🙈

Finally got my bulbs potted in soil 🌷
I covered the pots with boards so rodents and birds won’t dig up my precious bulbs 🐀🐦

Elin just came up with:
“What are your plants for this weekend”?
So now I want to know, what are your plant-plans for this weekend? 🤩🪴
Ida
Valentine’s Day is almost here and my favorite 💚-shaped plant is ofc Hoya Kerrii!
What other heart-shaped plants are out there? 😍
Elin
Do you like orchids?
This is one of my favourites 🌸
Bulbophyllum ‘Elizabeth Ann Huckleberry’

Some of my plant was cut down during the spa I gave them this weekend. The Propagation box is set up and I hope they all will root successfully.
In this box you have a mix of aroids and one type of Hoya ☺️
If the propagation box is set up correctly it’ll speed up the rooting process. And it’s so easy!
All you need is:
- clear box of plastic or glass (for single plants a ziplock bag works as well 👏)
- Inert substrate such as small sized LECA or perlite. Damp sphagnum moss can also be used.
- a spot for your propagation that is both warm and bright. ☀️🔥
- and a bunch of cuttings 🌿
Place the cuttings on top of the substrate, mist them well and close the lid. Check up on them now and then. Additional misting might be needed. Or ventilating excess moisture.

Thank you for helping me choose the new pot for my plant. I ended up getting a glazed pot in blue. Not a Bergs potter but it has some similarities 💙

A number of different Kohleria I’m growing. Do you collect any particular group of plants?
Elin
Help me choose my next plant!
I really feel that I need a hanging plant up here. It’s quite far away from south facing windows though. Almost 13 feet.
What plant would you suggest? 🌿
Ida
The first seeds for this year are now planted (and started in water) 😍 Any other seedlings on their way (or planned)? 🌱

Repotting all my plants This weekend and treating them against thrips.
Have you battled thrips? 🪲

Favorite variegated plant? Here are mine, but maybe we need to have a vote about this once and for all? 😁
The best variegated plant?
1. Monstera Deliciosa ‘Variegata’
2. Syngonium podophyllum albo ‘Variegata’
3. Spatiphyllum ‘Domino’
4. Other suggestions?
