hello! was hoping for some help with my rex begonia, i got it a month or so ago and it was doing really well, removed a couple of older leaves and watered regularly, making sure the soil was dry on the top inch. it’s in bright indirect sunlight but after two days away, i came back to it looking rather sad.
am i best to cut off all the stems and wait for new growth or is it properly dead… hoping i can revive it! any help would be appreciated :)

I just got this Neanthe Bella palm and I haven’t reported her yet. Are these a ton of plants that need to be separated? Or is this normal?

Hey! Going out of town again for about 9 days and trying to figure out how to set my plants up for success while I’m gone. I have about 20+ plants, 6 of them are being propagated in water. Most of my plants are tropical plants. Just bought two plant lights and wonder if I should just keep those on while I’m away or what? Any guidance would be helpful.
Thank you in advance

Weeping fig. A cutting from my fathers plant that recently died due to frost. He had it over 25 years. Luckily I’d rooting this cutting a few months before after several tries. Almost a year into growth.

I’m looking for suggestions on the best plant humidifier! One that’s smaller (tabletop) and that won’t make the entire house more humid. I’ve seen a few on Amazon but was wondering if any of you have a favorite for those high humidity plants! One of my calatheas is being a bit tricky and so I’ll be grouping all of my calatheas (3 total) together from now on. But I was also thinking a humidifier could be helpful! Unfortunately they are in pots that won’t work for pebble trays.

I just picked up my baby ponytail palms planter and saw all these dead below in the clay saucer. Not sure if they’re upside down ants or something else or what the white stuff is. Anything should be aware of? And any specific way I should clean them? Thanks so much for any help you might be able to provide! Hope y’all are having a great weekend!

I have a huge Jade plant about 3 foot tall. The stems are thick about 2 inches wide. I tried to pull two stems together and accidentally broke off one stem. I put tot powder on the end of stem and put it back in planter. But I noticed the succulents are starting to wrinkle. Does it mea it needs water or is it dying?

How should I bring my alocasia back from dormancy?
I’ve had my Alocasia Bambino for over a year. In August/September last year it lost almost all its leaves. Then as the last one was completely yellowed 2 new leaves sprouted. They lasted until mid December, and fell off when I came back from winter break in mid January. Since January I’ve kept it in the dirt & very little watering. I’ve read they come back in the spring but mine hasn’t. It’s firm and doesn’t feel rotted.
I was thinking of putting it in a jar with dirt (added perlite?) to increase the humidity and warmth to wake it up?
I’m not experienced with alocasias so anything helps! I don’t even know if this type goes into dormancy lol. I kept it in the planter like in my picture until today.

To anyone with more than 50-60 plants: how do you manage care without feeling overwhelmed? I have chronic illnesses and need to be very mindful of pacing but want to have a house full of plants! I currently have 40ish species but 70ish separate plants (including propagations). I’ve thought of switching some to semi hydro and/or self watering pots. Definitely let me know your tips!
Also if you have less plants than that but have hacks/tips feel free to share those too!

Loving the sunflowers this year! Plenty of rain has brought on massive heads! There is a bit of issues with support but bamboo will fix that.
The largest is 40inches tall and 20 inches wide. Extremely fast growers. These are Pikes peak mammoths.

I recently just potted newly sprouted Jalapeños and Tomatoes. After a day of not watering they are now flat on the ground. What happened? And how can I “revive” them? Please help!
