When you gotta be cruel to be kind. I hadn’t given any attention to my planters outside since giving birth (and going through the terrible twos with my other kid). The soil had become hydrophobic from under watering, there was a ton of dying growth that needed to be cut back, and ALL the pests were living here. Gave it a good haircut and the best soak of its life. So here’s hoping for a glorious comeback 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

I found this growing next to my dumb cane, alongside the pot. What is it ? Looks freaky. Is it some kind of mushroom ?

This feels like a baby announcement!! I picked up this little lemon tree this spring at home depot. Growing a lemon tree in Montana is a novelty but I was in love. I was hoping another tree would go on sale at Home Depot but they have just let them die. I have felt like I have been mourning them and mad at Home Depot. So I did some googling and nurtured my little tree in hope for the best. Knowing it would be a long time before I got a lemon. But this morning while watering I noticed. Buds!!!!!!! Any other tree fans in here?

Native Spanish speakers. Is there a more descriptive name for tobacco other than “planta?”

I was gifted this lucky bamboo and I unfortunately don’t know anything about them. It has rocks that are glued down. Should I leave them and water it that way or try to remove the rocks and repot? Also, it’s not in a pot with any drainage. What should I do? Any advice on these guys would be appreciated too! Thanks in advance!! 😊

I have an African Violet and the blooms have something white on them. It’s not on the leaves, only the blooms. I’ve never seen this before. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this?

Though not the prettiest plant I have, it definitely means the most. A piece from the last alter plant from my brother’s funeral in 2020. 💜 Chinese evergreen “stripes”

I was wondering what type of plants these are. I don’t know if the little guy is the same one as the other.

Okay so I’m a very new plant mom so i don’t really know anything about any of my plants lol. I’ve had them all for about 2-3 months now. Most of them I bought for really cheap from someone who hadn’t taken good care of them and they are looking so much better now. So it’s embarrassing that the plant i’m having issues with are my aloe plants 😂 I have two and i think the issue was I was overwatering the first one. So I didn’t water it for like a month and a half and the color still isn’t quite coming back to what it was. Any suggestions?
