It's hot where I live. Gonna be 100 degrees or hotter for the next 7 days. I've moved outdoor plants to the covered porch, and mulched my flower pots (which I normally don't have to). I also turned on my porch misters to mist all the plants which were due today. Great way to mist all at once! And cool down the patio a few degrees! 😅😉

What is happening to my anthurium?? I have it in my grow cabinet And my Caladium one leaf looks like it’s browning. Also in my cabinet. Help!!

Suggestions or help needed ! My fig plant has brown spots and I’m not sure what I need to do revive it and stop the browning .

I saved a ZZ plant a couple months ago, it had almost never been watered but is doing pretty well now. one thing though, the plant tends to droop unless propped up by something. i don’t think it’s caused by overwatering but rather just a weird thing the plant does. i’ve been putting the leaves against walls in hopes that it will be able to hold itself up after a while, but it isn’t really working. is this normal? help!

To cut or not to cut. That is the question. What are your thoughts about hoya carnosa krimson queens and princess with completely white leaves? I have always been told to remove white leaves as they are taking resources from the rest of the plant (no chlorophyll), and that a small amount can take a plant down. So being a good little gardener, I snip at them mercilessly. What do you do?

When we bought our house I was so excited to have mature fruit trees at the back of our property. A green apple, red apple, and a pear. They were pretty wild and hadn't been cared for is many years. We had our arborist out to prune the trees last Fall. Unfortunately, as we had suspected, the green apple tree was long gone. Although it had a few branches with green branches, the trunk was nearly hollow (and filled with acorns from the squirrels🤣). We had the tree removed but I asked them to leave the stump so the squirrels still had their home. We have lots of birds-chickadees And finches. I found this funny-faced guy online and had to have him. The pieces are separate so you can create your own expression, and the mouth holds bird seed. I can see him from my kitchen window and when I do, he always makes me smile. I'm sad I lost the tree, but this is pretty awesome too!

Trying to propagate a bunch of Coleus, Wandering Jew, and succulents. Got a Rattle Snake plant in the center, Sweet Basil in the corner and a few random plants in a dish and in 2in pots lol.
