Leca people!! I’m so confused about the water reservoir when transferring. So the water goes right below the roots?? Because they’re still soil roots? But then once they start to grow the fuzzy water roots it’s okay if the water touches?

Just made this succulent container using a barnacle I got from the beach! Let’s hope this works lol.
Hi all! I posted here before regarding my pink princess because two of the leaves were a totally different color. Some people thought they got sunburned, but one of them (the smaller brown) is now so wilted. Should I just trim it off? The rest of the plant is growing just fine and getting new leaves every now and then. Would love some advice regarding the two brown leaves and if I should snip them. The bigger one that’s reddish feels sturdy but I haven’t seen growth in a while. Thank you!!
why is the leaf turning brown
Just fed this guy for the first time after rescuing him! ❤️🩹
I’m trying to nail down the exact variety of this Arrowhead. Any ideas?
For anyone who would be interested: most of my plants seem to like well draining soil. So what I did, since I found several suggestions on what to use, I got 8 oz bags of the following: cactus mix, orchid mix, seed starting soil and perlite. I then grabbed one of the re-useable grocery bags that I had and dumped them all in and mixed it up. I use it for all my plants and they seem to really be happy in it. Oh, and don’t forget the top off of pebbles to help keep the gnats away. I have to admit, I’m rather proud of my research and what I’ve accomplished so far in a short time (1-2 months).
I planted these Petunias by seed and they have never been outside. Now they have some white spots with little black dots on the leaves. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with them?
Well hello there!
Hi guys! I am getting ready to move about an hour away from where I live now… does anybody have any good tips, tricks, or hacks on how to pack and move 75+ plants?? Also if anybody has been able to successfully move with fiddle leaf figs or a variety of other ficus… I’m so worried my FLF and ruby rubber tree are going to have a freak out 😭😭😭
Saw this on tiktok (@air tings) such a cool idea!
Saw this today and I laughed so hard. Who can relate? 🤣😉
It’s a little baby in there 🐣🥹
Hello everyone! I’m new to owning plants and I’ve noticed a lot of people have rocks with their plant, is there any reason for that or is it just for the aesthetic? 😅
I got this succulent today in an unlabeled pot. Anyone know what this is?
This is my oldest plant Ally. She is what really sparked whole plant obsession. I’ve had her even before I had enough money to support my plant problem. Through thick and thin she has stayed strong and has held on . To be honest I have no clue what kind of plant she actually is, besides just assuming that’s she’s a some strand of Aloe Vera. What’s your oldest plant?
Curious what others do with root bound houseplants? Do you "slice down the sides" of the root ball?
My moms best friend gave her this plant to give to me to see if this plant has any chance in surviving. Help please.
This is my moms plant and it is not doing very well….. I was wondering what I could do to help it?? It was just re-potted last week and the soil is not very wet. When I scanned it in the app it said it was in a too dark spot and over watered. Some of the leaves have fallen off so I was wondering if I could put them in water and grow them that way and if so how?? I was trying to not re-pot it since it was just done. The plant attached is what it used to look like…. Please help!!! Thanks in advance!
