Hi everyone I have a black thumb when it comes to outdoor plants. I’ve tried many times to have plants on my southwest facing balcony but they all seem to burn. Any recommendations for outdoor plants that can survive that much light and heat? Bonus if it doesn’t attract bees or any other bug.

App question, is there a way to sort your plants alphabetically in each site? It drives my type A crazy

Tried doing research on this and ended up more confused…. I have a north facing window and a grow LED bulb to supplement direct sun. I’m interested in getting a carnivorous plant but it sounds like that’s likely not possible if they need a ton of sunlight. Am I missing anything or is this out of the question for me?

I think I need an intervention. 😉 I'm up to 242 plants and I just ordered six new cactus and one carnivorous plant, along with my first batch of cactus seeds. 🤦🏼 (In my defense 25 are babies that I've started for my niece and five are ones I'm babysitting. lol). I don't know how I would take care of them all without my Planta reminders. 🥰

Some of my plants that caught my eye last week. It’s always such a delight seeing how far they’ve come. I think I’ve finally reached the point in my plant journey where I’m content with the collection I have… for now. 😅 At one point, I really thought I had to collect them all like Pokémon. 😆 Has anyone else gone through that phase? I took cuttings from my Goldie Girl when I chopped her up to her base on January 1st and propagated them. She got her first upgrade after that today. ☺️ 6 inch self watering and she will grow hanging from my closet. I just love her!
