Hi guys! I just got this white bird of paradises the leaf is “crunchy” and curling up. Am I doing something wrong?
I just had the most gorgeous Hibiscus bloom! Does anyone know what type it is?
I already killed one of these, but since I am not a quitter, here goes round 2. Made sure it had babies so I have more of a chance ti learn and succeed:)
I need help identifying this begonia. I was told it was a coccinea but that doesn't come up in the app. Any help would be great. Thanks
Yikessss… So I got this Monstera Albo cutting a while ago and it took forever to root, but almost immediately after rooting it started to shoot out a new baby leaf. While this normally would be great, I noticed that the leaf wasn’t shooting out of the ONE section on the stem with WAAAYYY too much white so now the leaf looks like this, with about 95% white and 5% green. 😭 I’m hoping that the next leaf will have more green on it because that side of the stem has green stripes, but does anyone know how to keep this leaf alive long enough to get the next one here? Should I increase light? Decrease light? Change humidity? I’ll do anything! Thank you!
hello everyone!!! I just scored a massive deal on this beautiful monstera!!! It’s my second one and I’d like some care tips! I added a stake (I plan a moss pole in the future but can afford currently) And I have trimmed back any broken or sickly looking leaves!!! I will be repotting and propagating in the future but would like to know anything else I could do before then?
My new plants that I purchased from Planta with the 30% sale
does anyone know what this is? im thinking jade pothos but just wanted to make sure
I’m confused about the app’s watering schedule. It says to never water in June but then occasionally shows me a reminder to water that same plant. Anyone know why it does this? The same thing is true of a few other plants in the app.
Do you know why my white princess leaf came out weird
So I jumped from an 8inch pot to a 12. May have been a little bit of a leap. But I gave her a trim, repotted her, cleaned up her roots and hopefully she will do a little better than she was before.
New leavesssssss
Care tips please! Just got her, and I wanna make sure she’s doing well. She’s SO PRETTY!! The one leaf is looking a little rough. Tips and tricks please, I haven’t had many Hoyas
The sunflowers are growing 🥹🌻 (Pilea in the back)
I discovered what I think are spider mites when I was repotting and sectioning my new monstera! 🥲 I sprayed her down with a neem oil mixture. How often should I apply it and how will I know if it was successful? I’m hoping she doesn’t go into shock from all these drastic changes. Any advice would be appreciated!
I believe this is a jade pothos but would like to check with you all and see what you think. I'm trying to add it to the app and want to get it right. Thanks for the help
Should I repot? It’s a ring of fire philodendron I bought on clearance at Lowe’s about 3 months ago. It’s finally coming back to life!
I just want to boast and say this lovely specimen is it looking beautiful here already in June!
I watered my snake plant yesterday and noticed these leaves drooping and yellowing this morning. I think I overwatered it. Are these leaves dead or can I still keep them to repot after making sure it doesn’t have root rot?
just got these lavender plants today from walmart, theyre looking a little sad to say the least but are they salvageable? theres some dead spots in the middle of one of them but the other ones looking a little better so idk. i have a good sunny spot on my back porch and am planning on moving them to be in a pot together thats about a foot or so in diameter. i also wasnt able to get better soil today (was probably gonna get cactus soil) so will they be ok for a few days until i can repot them? this is my first time growing lavender so any advice would be really helpful :)
