My mama just got this beautiful caladium. Repotted (gently) in chunks soil last week and plant to prune some drooping, small leaves I’m not as familiar with these and hoping to help keep it alive indoors through the winter months. Any recs for helping this one thrive? TIA 🙂

I’ve had this Thia Constellation now for half a year at least, I repotted several months ago, and she hasn’t produced any new leafs, although her leaves have got bigger in diameter! I tied her up a bit at the base cause I didn’t want her to grow out. Is my pot too big? I fertilizer and water roughly 10-14 days-ish. Her soil is getting a bit mouldy. How can I stop that? I am so impatient, it’s been months of nothing! 😂🫠🥰🫶🏻

Hi, hello. Is there something I need to do different with this calathea musaica? My cat knocked it over and the pot broke so I had to repot it. We’ve had it for about 2 weeks and it has been doing okay. But the leaves and stems seem like they’re standing STRAIGHT UP and I don’t want it to be in distress 😩 help!

I turned off progress reports for the summer, because I was too busy watering plants, as I assume everybody was… 😮‍💨! For the life of me, I can’t remember how to turn progress reports back on. HELP! TIA!

My Flamingo Lily appears to be very healthy and happy, and even has some blooms, however, I just noticed these funny looking bumps on a couple of the leaves. They feel sort of like braille to me… very bumpy to the touch. This seems like a red flag to me, but I have no idea what it might be, or how I would treat it if it were something. Any ideas? TIA!

I recently got a pink quill and I’ve been trying to determine if this is a pup or just a part of the main plant. If it is a pup, how do I go about removing it without damaging the plant? Thanks!

Recently rescued these 2 Hoyas from Lowe’s last month. Only trouble is I still don’t know what to name them 😅 I consider it bad luck if I don’t name my new plants, so I’d love to hear any name suggestions for them. I think it’d be cool if I could find a name that relates to the lovely silver markings on the pubicalyx’s leaves, or something relating to a turtle for the turtle-shell appearance of the other Macrophylla’s leaves. TIA! 😆

Recently picked up and combined three lovely little Watermelon Dischidias, and as usual, I’m stumped on a name for it. I can’t use the name Melanie because I’m reserving that name for when I get a Watermelon Peperomia, but I’d really like to come up with a good name for it that starts with a W, M, or relates to watermelons. Please feel free to turn this into a thread with any of your name suggestions! TIA!

Hello! Does anyone know what kind of plant this is? I’ve tried a few plant ID apps and all of them are saying different things (and none of them seem accurate)… I picked it up at an antique store and all I know is it loves a TON of water

Ok my plant friends any advice welcomed right now. We all know the fall is approaching and it’s time to bring our plants inside. I would like to know do I need to do anything else preventative to my pothos before bringing my baby back inside? I plan on blasting it really good with a water hose first, spraying foliage front and back with insecticidal soap and then when it gets inside it will sit alone in my bathroom isolated for the winter until it returns back outside. I also plan on putting systemic granules in the soil once I water it inside as well!! 🤞🏽🤞🏽
