So was wondering how often do I water the Red cherry tomatos
Can someone identify this, Lavender?
Hi friends! I’ve just bought this Calathea de Makoy and when I was in the process of putting her in a new pot I saw these at the bottom in the roots. Does anyone know what these are and if I should remove them?
This is my coleus I started several weeks ago, and I don’t know when she needs to be repotted. I know she’s still a little small, but they’re getting too big for the bag. Am I okay to just leave them out of the bag or do they still need their humidity?
Anyone have any tips for cats eating your plants? I have a few plants that I am so protective over and I keep waking up finding bite marks in the new leaves:/ I keep trying g to move them but my cats are sneaky and always find a way to get to them. I guess I’m just curious if anyone has any advice on how to keep them away from them as much as possible? Should I get some cat grass? Any thoughts welcome!!! 🤗
does anyone have any advice for preventing root rot ???
Any at home recipes to help remove water marks?!?
Just one of those days where you stay home to repot the babies 🤩☀️ check out those roots ooh-lala.
Hello plant lovers, I was wondering if coffee grounds are good flor plants and their soil? I heard it recently and remember my great grandma would use them for some of her plants. Is there some plants that like it? Some who hate it? Is it fake? Thank you!
Plant haul
Plant at my dentist. Lol
Found this great shelf at an estate sale for $13. My hoyas have a great new home
help!! this is my pink eye verbena, i bought it yesterday and repotted and watered it once. Now tonight it looks like this :( my balcony is partial sunlight, mostly the sun shines bright on my plants during sunrise and the rest of the day is fairly shaded but still sunny. How do i fix it? can’t tell if its from under watering or over watering??
I need help STAT. First pic was when I first potted these babies last week Wednesday. It’s rained lightly a couple times since I’ve had them. Today a freaking HAIL storm came thru while I was at work and they literally look like they got slaughtered (last pic). It’s going to be storming all week so I moved them to my garage. Same thing with my lantanas, strawflowers, and blue daisies in my other pot I planted a day after. Surprisingly they’re still standing. How can I save them??? Can I??? These are my first flowers I ever had that I literally just got and I was so excited to take care of and watch them all grow 😔🥺 what can I do?? They looked so gorgeous last night I wish I took a pic I was so proud. The second pic is from Friday. Hoping this isn’t the last I’ll see of them ☹️🤞
Soil mix recommendations? My current is holding in too much moisture
I won a mixed succulent arrangement at my cousin’s bridal shower and decided to split them up into their own pots, but I’m having a hard time trying to name the 2 jades from it. It’s an obliqua variety of the classic jade, so I think a J-name like Janet or Jamie could be fun, but I’d love to hear anyone’s suggestions for what to name this cutie.
Hopefully I can get some help! I got gifted this plant but I’m not that great at taking care of plants but I do want to learn to take care of it I just don’t want it to die…..the first photo was when it was gifted (April 4) and the recent photo is how it’s looking today :( I have tried everything, putting water inside or center of leaves, leaving it next to a window, I cut the flower and some leaves that already looked dead, but still the leaves are starting to look like this….and I haven’t seen pups…..
Hello, First time plant parents here. We recently went to a plant store and just picked out what we liked and figured we’d learn from there. Upon learning we bought a Dieffenbachia 'Tropic Snow' plant and have just discovered it’s not only toxic to cats but people as well. It’s in our living room now but any tips? Should we keep or not?
My newest plant, I just started collecting plants a couple months ago and we're up to 9 plants now 😂
