I love this wall of plants 🪴 😍 they like being cozied up with each other especially the begonia imperialis. It loves humidity so I put it next to a pothos which creates humidity 💧

I have been experimenting with LECA with mixed results. I first tried it with a milk confetti syngonium that already wasn’t doing well and putting it into LECA didn’t save it. I also repotted a Mickey Mouse alocasia and monstera that aren’t doing too well in it. The alocasia now has one leaf and the monstera had several yellow leaves today. I followed a video and put them in all LECA in a self watering pot after getting all the soil off. I also did this with a pink syngonium and so far that plant seems to be adjusting well. I put two alocasias into a layered method and so far they are THRIVING with beautiful new leaves. It is a variegated mint dragon scale and a frydek. I put thin layers of LECA on the bottom, then sphagnum moss, then chunky mix with the plant roots and another thin layer of sphagnum moss on top. On the bottom I put just enough water to reach up to the LECA layer. I hope it continues to help them to thrive.

My spaghetti agave committed suicide🥲 I tried to resuscitate it after it took a strong disliking to life in the bearded dragon enclosure, but the bottom part simply let go of the rest of the plant

Any ideas what this plant is? Planta and Photos insist on it being a baby rubber plant, which I don’t think is right. The leaves are thin and don’t have that succulent quality my other peperomias do. Teardrop peperomia seems much more believable, but I’m not certain. Thank you in advance!

Any ideas. Every app I use to find out what’s this plant is tells me different. Planta says golden gate ficus. But looking at the photos and seeing the trunk of this plant I don’t agree. Thoughts?

Hello I just grabbed some ivy plant that was growing at my job, it was ground covering and I put it in water for about 2 and a half weeks do you think it’s time for me to put this in soil now? Thank you everyone ❤️

Carrion Flower!

Hi, I’m struggling with an issue with my Christmas cactus. I believe half of the plant has root rot, but the other half is happy and has flower buds. I’m unsure if I should repot the plant and make sure this is the case. However, I’m hesitant since I’m worried that doing so will shock the cactus to the point where the healthy portion won’t flower. Any advice would be very helpful. Thank you!

Hubby and I just celebrated our 48th anniversary. We don't really do big gifts but hubby said to me, "Why don't you buy one of those expensive cactus you want on Etsy for our anniversary."!!!! I was bad. I bought 3!!! lol But in my defense I didn't buy all 20+ that I have in my cart. 😉
