Does anyone know what’s wrong with my snake plant? It’s starting to go white and crispy at the base and it hasn’t been growing and the new babies have died off.
Does anyone know what plant this is? Please help.
She’s coming back 😍
Go, little fig leaf, go!
What might be causing the slits in the leaves? Is there something I may not be doing right?
Sandy is doing great! I’m surprised how much progress she has made! Anyone have any tips for growing a snake plant? 🪴
Bought this monstera in the autumn. It has a new leaf that has taken months to open but as it’s opening it’s black. Does anyone know what’s wrong with my poor plant?
Do you use rabbit poop for plant fertilization? What’s your experience with it? Finally putting it to the test with my own in-house manufacturer!
Heyo!! I’ve been caring for these plants for not too long and they have grown so much!! (Numbers are on the bottom left of each picture except the picture of the pink princess) 1. After some helpful advice, I chopped off the starter leaf and planted this little buddy deeper into the soil. :) 2. I’ve only had this guy for around half a month and these roots are HUGE! It’s starting to grow leaves now which is the opposite of how another leaf from the same plant grew (leaves then roots 🤷♀️). 3. Had this one for a while, I don’t know the type of succulent but it is so tiny! 4. Knocked a leaf off of my succulent (yet again 🫣) and it is growing so fast! 5. Small little roots on a baby toes plant! 💕 6. Even smaller!! 7. Saved this fairy washboard plant from root rot! Managed to keep most of the plant together with no problem so I decided to see how it grows. :)
Is 10 feet or so from a south facing window good enough light? I recently bought this plant stand. I haven’t been able to find a great place to put it in my room yet. The best place where I looked aesthetic and seemed like it was getting a lot of light was in thid corner as shown, but I’m a little bit afraid that it’s gonna be too far away from the window as the plants need. The wall to the right of the stand is ~10-11 feet from the windows, which are across the room. Do you think I should find another spot for this? Or is it okay? I figured since it is a south facing window that gets a lot of light not blocked by trees or anything it might be okay.
HELP!! I just got this plant like 3 days ago, I even posted it on here. The leaves are turning like dark green along the edges. It’s not crispy though. The app told me it needs full sun hit tells me it’s too much sun if I keep it close to the window, so the first day it was 6 feet from the window. I haven’t watered it because when i bought it the soil was moist. Why is this happening and what do I do to fix it?!?! Unless this is normal, in that case someone tell me to chill😂🫶🏼
Can anyone tell me what this plant is called? I know it looks a bit rough. Someone else was taking care of it And if you have any tips on taking care of it that would be greatly appreciated!!!
Lunch break haul 😍
Hi hi! I’m a bit new to the plant world and I bought this lovely Petra yesterday! I have her on my desk for now because my windowsill is currently 50 degrees and I’ll put her back out when it warms up later today, she is looking a little rough but hopefully I can bring her a bit of life back as it begins to warm up
Hey, looking for advice. I’m giving the Maidenhair fern one final try after loosing 2 in previous years but I’ve learnt a lot about plants since then. Both of my previous 2 have died from chronic browning of the leafs that eventually dry up and die as seen in the images. Can anyone tell me where I’ve potentially been going wrong? Thank you
Is this fungus? Or something else. I have a fungicide but I’ve never used it. Appreciate any help!
hi planta people! i just got the plant i have been longing for forever, the red maranta, after months of looking for one in my town. what tips do you guys have for keeping it happy and healthy? if it dies i will be so sad.
Hello! I recently found this Pink Princess for $15 at Home Depot, I had to get it just for that one half moon leaf! Any thoughts on if I should trim off those smaller leaves at the base of the plant? Are they just draining energy from the top? Thank you!
Will my plant survive?
