The feeling of success is unmatched when you see new growth🖤💭especially when you take a sick plant and bring it back to life 🖤🙌🏼
i’ve been searching for a satin pothos for months just to find it in my local grocery store today 🥲 anyone have any care tips for this baby? i have a few golden pothos but wondering if this pothos requires different care
Cracking/splitting. Is this normal? If not, what are some solutions. Thank you!
Do you think this fiddle leaf fig needs repotting? I didnt think so at first but there is small root coming out of one of the drainage holes at the bottom.
Anybody know what this is? Thanks!
So I’m very new to gardening and I just bought this cat palm on Sunday and I’m just a tad concerned with the left side branches drooping. Also is it normal for palms to have a semi yellow trunk? Just not sure if this plant is under watered or overwatered. Please help I really don’t want this tree to die on me.
My next purchase will be this beauty 💭
My little peace lily, what can it be?🤍🪴
Hi all! Yesterday I picked up this philodendron from this plant shop that had mostly very neglected plants... Im assuming its a neon variety since it didn't specify & its much lighter than my other philodendrons. On planta neon philodendrons are listed as "hard" difficulty while normal heart leaf philodendrons say "easy"... is there really a big difference between the two?? Im used to caring for normal variety but want to be able to revive this guy!!
Is yogurt good for Easter cactus
New buy 😩 I’m becoming addicted
I’ve been wanting to start growing herbs, berries and other foods. Anybody have any tips on starting?
Birthday gifts 🖤 Small cup has pothos, angry Jew , snake , and something else I have to look it up🖤

All hangers are so expensive so i DIY one and loved it. Definitely will be making more!
TL;DR Happy soon to be repotting season for everyone with Spring around the corner! Very soon the Planta app is going to smite me with what will feel like a gazillion repotting tasks… many of which I’ll push off another year, but let the months of seeing uncompleted tasks begin! Not to mention the expenses that go along with the season when you have a large collection and DIY mix your own potting media. I 100% enjoy repotting my plants, but it can be a bit stressful! Should I do it now? How much longer can I wait? Will this be my plantbaby’s demise?! How rootbound does this plant really like to be? Should/can I cut these roots…? All the things.🤪 We can research and gain insight through experience and tools to provide the best care throughout all the seasons for our plants in our individualized environments and still feel unsure. This hobby, dare I say lifestyle, is not without shades of grey. However, I think that is what also makes it so rewarding! You have to be attentive weekly to monthly, depending on the plant type, for the lifespan of the plant –which if you’re doing it right can be years! That’s a lot of TLC and relationship building! We learn, adapt, and grow together. 💚
I just got this plant and I’m not sure how to help it. It’s a dieffenbachia. I keep it on my window sill and water it once a week. How can I keep it alive and healthy?
Just got this rubber plant from Home Depot since it was on my wishlist, it looks fine to me but wanted to double check 😁 Any tips on getting these to grow big and strong appreciated
