I recently bought this plant from Home Depot. My PictureThis identified it as a Caladium but searching it up online none of the photos match. The closet thing I could find was Alocasia silver dragon. Can anyone help me confirm the name of this plant 😊

Hi. I'm new to houseplants that aren't pothos or spider plants. Bob and Roberta are my first pilea and I had no idea they could flower. Are Bob and Roberta flowering? Is that what I'm seeing? Thanks.

hi all! i am new to plants and my biggest concern/hurdle right now is that i’m not sure how to set up my plants according to their sun needs. the unit i live in only gets light from northern & eastern windows. do they all need to be under grow lights? would some be okay on the wall with the shoes? don’t know how to group and organize them and it’s stressing me out! i don’t want to kill them ): sorry that this is so long but i would really appreciate any advice! can add more info too

Two things: 1. What are these bulb-like things on my string of hearts? Sort of like a root? 2. Do you have any advice on how to make my string fuller? I asked my local nursery and she suggested more direct light and sort of bunching them up on top of the dirt so the nodes can grab onto the dirt and start growing. Thank you!

I have tried everything with this plant. Watering less, watering more, fertilizer, different locations. It literally has barely grown in the last year and a half. Right now all my other plants are going crazy for the spring. What am I missing here? Thanks!!

Advice? My Pothos keeps turning out single yellow (already established) leaves one at a time (center of photo). What may be wrong with it? Currently I let it dry out the top couple inches before watering, it’s under a grow light and I mist every 2-3 days, and occasionally fertilize. It started doing this only in the last two months or so. It hasn’t been repotted in a while.

I’m moving at the end of the month and I will have basically no space or windows for plant at the new place. This is what I’ve whittle my collection down to so far. 🥲 A small philodendron ring of fire, a small ficus elastica tineke, and two $2 rescue hoyas not pictured because I just bought them as a birthday present to myself and they’re quarantining. I’m supposed to be rehoming, not buying more! 🤣😭

My new growlight just came in the mail from Amazon! The photo doesn't do it justice, but this thing is super bright! It's actually brighter than my other grow light that I have. And it was only like $20 you guys should grab one for yourself!

Hello! I’m new here! Does anyone know if this app can tell you what plants would be best in what sites you have loaded? ie. I’d like to see what plants would go better in my dining room that is shaded vs my living room that is sunny. I can’t seem to find that function. I have a lot of plants uploaded so I’d like to not have to go into each one. Thanks!

can anybody help me identify this plant? i have had it under a jade just to have it under something on this app, but it looks quite far from it in appearance. any ideas? (ive added a picture from today, and a picture when i got it back in summer 2023)

Just potted these neon pothos on Friday after propagating in water for a couple months, they had 1-2 inch roots growing. Are the little spots on the leaves normal, if not what are they a sign of? These are the first thing I’ve ever propagated so I’m nervous 😬
