Not sure what she is…a birkin?!? Anyways, a gal at work asked me to take a look at her and thinks she needs repotted (for context: the liner doesn’t have drain holes, I’m going to take a look at her roots to check for root rot and put her in a liner with drain holes). Should I leave the brown crunchy leaves or remove? Thank you all!!!

Please post your big plant supports for inspiration! My deliciosa’s leaves started reaching the ceiling a few leaves ago so it’s definitely time to cut her down again and replant it in a bigger pot. I’ve decided on cutting it back in two pieces, about halfway down and getting the big Asparen pot from Ikea since it’s a similar width to the current one, but about 2.5x longer and should fit all the cuttings nicely. There’s already three “smaller” plants from a previous chop a few years ago in this pot, so we’re looking at 6 in total. 😅 I’m thinking of doing 2m/7’-ish tall supports from the start so I don’t have to make new ones later on. But I’m not sure how to do it and what materials to use, and I can anchor them to the wall for safety. I don’t want moss poles since they’re inconvenient to maintain at the height I want and I have a humidifier. 🤷‍♂️

I have a pineapple plant that seems to be growing babies from the base of the plant out of the soil, I’ve read that this normally happens between the leaves further up the stem, should I remove them? Leave them? Help will be much appreciated, thank you :)

What do I do with the bloom?? This is the first time she’s bloomed and it seems as if the height has peaked and all the flowers have fallen off.

Bellflower plant parents! I’m reaching out to you for help! 💜 My friend has tasked me with helping bright her campanula bellflower back to life and I’m struggling to figure out what to do to help her! She’s in a pot with a drainage hole and I’ve removed the plug that was wrapped around her roots and watered her. She’s facing a north-west window. She’s in all purpose potting soil too. Any advice to help bring this plant back to life?

Anyone know why my Bird of paradise leaf came out so short? This is the first leaf this has put out since I brought it home a few months ago. I also did repot a few weeks ago because it was extremely root bound Will it get taller over time? Is this a nutrient deficiency? Watering issue?

Anyone have a care guide & tips for a rabbit's foot fern? For every advice on the internet I see there's a person saying the opposite thing. I have her about 6-8 inches from a growlight

This is the HUGEST, healthiest African violet I have ever seen!! My friend’s hubby gave it to her on the first anniversary of their first date. FORTY NINE YEARS AGO!!! It is as big around as a 55-gallon barrel! I have large hands and EACH LEAF IS AS BIG AS MY HAND! Just thought you might enjoy seeing it. It’s pretty amazing! Photos don’t do it justice.

hi plant people! this is my first ever plant child and I'm a little concerned because while I think there are new leaves growing at the ends/top, there are a lot of dried up brown leaves towards the bottom. you can kind of see in this picture that I took of it about a week ago. it looks a little bit worse now but the ends of it are more purple and still growing. planta told me this was a turtle vine but I bought it at trader joe's and it was unmarked so please let me know if you have any advice! i don't want my first plant to die and want it to be happy

(Pls help)question about self watering So I bought a china doll plant from Lowe’s and it’s self watering with a string. (I’m very new to plants) so for now I made a setup where the string dangles in a few inches of water but the whole string isn’t covered. anyways, the top of the soil is very wet already but the plant looks healthy, I just feel like it’s way overwatered and I feel like I’m gonna mess up the “self watering” thing. Is there any specifics I’m missing? Is the soil supposed to be this wet when self watering? Do I always keep the string in water? ATP I just wanna repot it and water it normally unless anyone can give me advice😪

So I decided to put my dwarf Alberta spruce that's in a 5-gallon bucket outside right now but it's like 48° F , I know they can tolerate a lot of cold but it's not used to it it's used to my 65° house LOL I also put it on the East side so it and acclimate for a few weeks before I put it in full sun, I feel like when I put it in full sun a few weeks ago when it was warm for a minute that it sort of fried it's needles, my husband's having a fit because he wants it in full sun in the front yard and my tripping can it go in full sun and also the app saying it's too cold outside should I bring it back in it's going to be in the thirties tonight?, x 😩🩵🌲

So the app is telling me to fertilize my baby red Earth star (looks pink to me tho🧐🩷) every couple days, and I'm wondering if that is a little excessive and also I have it in my dragons vivarium in the same planter as a baby snake plant which I know doesn't appreciate a lot of fertilizer so what should I do separate the plants, or heavily dilute the fertilizer? I keep snoozing the fertilizing notification but it's stressing me out 😩🙏🪴 they seem to be doing okay under this t5 10.0 bulb
