Hi Everyone!👋🏼 I feel like I share my plants often, almost too often.. Soo I thought it’d be nice today to ask all my “plant homies” on here how everyone’s plants have been growing? Even if you want to share a picture of your favorite plant rooms! I love seeing everyone’s own unique style / creativity😁 Have an amazing day everyone & remember tomorrow is Friday!🫶🏼

I have this magnifica, but it stopped growing and I see these cataphyll drying out constantly. I haven’t seen any flowers yet but the plants looks healthy. Any tips on how to get some flowers? Thanks!
My outdoor ring feature is complete! Four are from a local nursery and in plastic pots. The rest are clipping from around the house directly in the terracotta pots.
Y'all think a root growing on the outside of the pot is a sign it's time to repot?.... 🫣😅
Look how silver and upright her new leaves are!!! I'm so happy she's starting to do better omg!!
Curious if anyone knows how, or has had experience, selling your mature healthy plants to a local nursery? I am really getting into the hobby and can imagine getting overcrowded with plants!

Wild Wednesday! What’s the strangest object you’ve ever turned into a pot? 🌿
No more slime and recovering nicely!! I'm such a proud plant dad. 🌱
Hello! I’m new to this so I apologize in advance. I have a golden pothos, baby’s tears, a jade plant, and maybe ambitiously a network calathea. I broke up the root ball on them all and repotted them in a chunky soil mix i made of like 50% potting soil, 25% perlite, 25% coco choir (roughly). The main thing i’m concerned about is watering them all correctly. Should I bottom water them all and just spritz the top layer? Should I run all but the calathea under the tap? I don’t know why this simple step is so confusing there’s just so much conflicting information. Thanks so much!
My peace lily has been throwing out tons of new growth. Even has 2 flowers. Today I noticed these hard bumps on the stalks that have really been thriving. They don’t scrape off. She is so happy. Should I be worried?
I go through periods of stress where I only have enough energy to focus on me and I end up neglecting my plants. I always feel so bad once I snap out of it and realize what plants made it and which ones didn’t😞 (I’m holding onto the bonsai)
Reo is in full sun and rocky soil and she's starting to perk up much more now!
Might just be me but does anyone else get frustrated when they see stores (specifically grocery) have a ton of Orchids but they’re ALL in ceramic pots without drainage 🥲 and I took a closer look and they don’t even have orchid soil/chips 😭 just so sad that they’re all definitely not healthy and will likely die 😭 I had been gifted one of them (couple months ago before I got planta) but after a couple days it started to rot and luckily I quickly searched what could be causing it, so my partner 3D printed me a orchid pot and I bought some orchid chips and hopefully she survives:/ but not everyone will care and look up its needs/ have Planta ;(
So I just purchased this beauty. Are they any tips for caring for her?
Happy Tuesday! Gifted plants are so sentimental. Drop a photo of a plant someone gave you 💚 This is my cyclamen from my sweet daughter 🥰
Meet Reo, my Sideritis Scardica baby. She's still recovering from coming in the mail, sitting in the full sun of mom's porch. I got her from a reputable nursery and I'm hoping to cultivate her well so I can harvest her instead of buying dried leaves. This is both for money reasons and because I trust the nursery (which I know, and know how they grow and propagate their plants) more than tea sellers to be ethically sourced. I want to help this plant and grow my own for sustainability, as it is one of my favorites and is endangered in the wild. Note: Reo is from a nursery in Florida, and was grown from other Scardica plants of the same nursery. She is completely legal to grow and ethically grown and sourced from a nursery in Winter Haven. And yes, she is still pretty wilted and leggy, but I am taking care of her and am currently nursing her back to health. Please wish her and I some luck! I am very much hoping for success because it would put my mind at ease for multiple reasons.
Im wanting to know what perlite to use in my houseplants i don't have a clue
Reo is living on Mom's porch now to get more sun. She was wilting, but is starting to look a bit better now! Fingers crossed🤞🏻
Can someone confirm if this mysterious plant I obtained is spearpoint ivy, the app wasn’t able to recognize it but it has a few obvious ivy leaves and the rest are the “spearpoint” but just wanted other opinions 😅 I repotted her into this nice small terracotta pot.
