Hey! Looking for advice - I’m a novice with houseplants but have had this lovely rubber plant for a year or more now. However it’s sprouted this second stem!? Any advice on why or what I need to do about it would be appreciated 😊

I just got there clear nursery pots from Amazon so I can see the moisture in the plant but they only have one big hole at the bottom for drainage is this fine or should I poke more holes

For anyone who has the lovely Fusion White…I’m wondering about light levels to keep that stunning lavender underside. I have mine atm about a foot back from a very large east-facing window. So it definitely gets some direct sun in the early mornings but then nicer soft lighting the rest of the day. I could potentially scoot it back so it wouldn’t receive any direct morning sun at all, but it would put it more at risk from my little ones. What has been your experience of ideal amount of light that keeps that beautiful purple underside and yet is enough for it to thrive with the white marbling? Thanks so much!

And I thought the amaryllis bulb that I removed the wax from produced red trumpet flowers. Big they are but not red like this guy who burst today.

Hey, wonder if you can help! This little buddy is shedding pines and thinning out. I have watered it (only when soil dry), fed it and spritzed it as pines browning nearest the spine of it. Any ideas? I’m actually plant sitting this beauty so am extra worried. Any thoughts?

Hey, I recently got into plants, new to everything, they seem to be doing well so far but I have a few that are ready to be potted/repotted. I was wondering if there was any sort of cheat code all around soil mixture to use for indoor plants that receive no natural light and only use a grow light.

My nerve plant is repotted with a nursery pot! That way it has drainage , I did the same for my polka dot plant that also needed drainage. Thankful for you guys giving me good recommendations ! :)

Ms Lettuce is a single mom who just won’t stop having kids. I got her in November and since then I’ve gotten 4 babies out of her and i think a 5th is one the way 🍀😋. Question: how do you keep the leaves shiny? Some are shiny and some look dry

My hahnii jade snake plant grows like crazy. This is actually a pup from the mother plant that I potted separately so I can give it away to a family member. I noticed a couple leaves flopping over today and thought it had root rot, but they had actually flopped over because they have roots growing through them 🤯

ok so i’ve had a lot of heart leaf philos for awhile now and they’re starting to get long and potentially viney? i was wondering what the next step is? or if there is one? like do they need to be moved to a hanging pot or do i need to propagate or prune? i could use any advice please and thank you! 😊
