Hi guys!! Please give me your thoughts on my setup. I moved into a very low light level apartment and this is my first time with grow lights. The guy at the nursery recommended one for my monstera which hasn’t been doing well since I moved. The little black thing on the bottom is my humidifier. Pls help me help my plants xoxo

Help! Picked up this guy- labeled as a Swiss cheese philodendron. But I’m reading so many conflicting things- is it actually a monstera? Are they truly difficult to care for like planta claims or easy like everything else I read? Any and all tips very appreciated!

It normal for a fiddle leaf fig cuttings to lower its side leaves. Is this to face the light source or is it something bad? Because the leaf closest to the light source is lowering itself and the middle is turning towards the direction of the light source.

Wanted to share some gorgeous jade plants I saw throughout my trip to San Francisco. So, in a last ditch effort to save my very sad Bird of Paradise, I completely chopped the plant and trimmed the roots. I put the roots in a jar of water and have gotten this growth (about 3cm) in only 3 days! I don’t know if this is the start of a new stem (it’s unfurling a bit like a leaf) does anyone know what’s going on here? I don’t want to get my hopes up and have it be nothing! 😭

Hello! I just ordered grow lights for the first time. I ordered a light bulb and some that clip on to something. How exactly do these work? How long should they be on? Most of my plants are part sun/part shade but I have a few that are full sun. What is best to make this work? They will all be in one room most likely.

I am a beginner plant mom, but I love my growing plant babies. I have both indoor & outdoor plants. Yesterday I was faced with my deepest fear. I have some type of bugs eating one of my outdoor plants. I saw the bugs yesterday, but I HATE bugs, so I just left it yesterday, not willing to face the bugs. But when I looked today, I could not find the bugs. I am sure they are hidding somewhere (waiting for me), but I could not find them. Is there someway I can save & protect my plants without facing those little things?
