My spider plants lost their luster… thanks to my cat. I mean, they’re still healthy with their vibrant green, if you look past the half eaten leaves and whittled ends. My question is will these eaten parts grow back or will these forever be stubbed leaves?
Hello plant community, I am very new to plant ownership, and have a pot I really love, and initially had this plant previously in the pot but it has since outgrown. Can I have some recommendations for a plant that is slow growing or skinny enough that it will take a while for it to outgrow this pot.
Hello plant community and friends, I’m super new to the plant world but I’m loving it so far. I have an Inch plant, Boston fern, Asparagus Fern, Syngonium, Umbrella Plant, & Golden Pathos & A dragon tree ( in the photo the asparagus is under the Boston & umbrella fonds ) I’m going for a tropical climate area. Just let me know if this looks about right, it’s densely packed. Also, does heartleaf propagate? And how long? & This is a west facing window with a tree in front usually. And I’m a teenage boy, ignore the mediocre set up.
We want to celebrate the amazing people behind the plants! If you’d like to be one of our featured users, email me your favorite plant photos and a short note about your plant journey. We love getting to know the humans who make this community thrive! 💚 morgan@getplanta.com
What is this on the node of SOH? 😱
Yall I just potted this new propagated plant that my mom gave to me and when I tell you guys that I love it so much I am not lying🌿🌸🌿
How do people manage watering schedules in the app with self watering pots?
This is the happy mail updates I needed 😊 Also, does anyone own these plants that can provide some help in ensuring they thrive. I live in zone 9b.
Plant Mum geeking out! My already over achieving Jade Pothos has started shooting some dormant axillary buds from every leaf node as well as continuing growth in length. I’ve never see this on this plant before, but I am guessing it’s because of favourable conditions here in Australia?
Can anyone tell me what bug would leave this on the leaves. When I looked into it I noticed there were no bugs in them as if they already hatched.
Wishful Wednesday! What is your number one wish list plant, the one you dream of adding to your collection? 💭🌙
Im trying to get a fuller pothos that isn’t just long vines with a couple leaves at the end. Are these gonna turn into leaves or new branches?
So I decided at the end of the summer. I’m gonna try and grow one of my gardens inside and look at that she is blooming.!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
What do we know about this guy?? A coworker inherited it from a coworker who retired. Not even sure what it is! We assume we need to cut off some bottom leaves because they have brown spots. The top growth is all strong and green!
Update 🌸 2 out of 4 flowers have fully opened, and they’re absolutely stunning. I’m still amazed by how fast this Amaryllis blooms. Watching this process has been such a joy 💕🌱
Who else scored at Costco this week?!?! 😍😍 This has been my pie in the sky for the past 5 years, they are hard to find locally and when I can find them, they are wildly out of my price range.. Especially for mature ones. This big babe was only $17.99.... I am absolutely on Cloud 9! 🫠❤️ I named her Medusa, and tomorrow is her welcome home spa daaayy. She is incredibly cramped so I'm hoping to upgrade her digs today as well. I am feeling incredibly blessed. 🙏
That horrific moment when you realize that your new beautiful leaf that was coming in has stem rot because you somehow overwatered your plant! I feel so devastated!
Has anyone seen a Black BatFlower Bloom? They’re absolutely stunning so I needed to share the journey 🖤🦇🌿
I’ve moved my variegated fiddle-leaf fig to a semi-hydro setup with leca and pon today. Wish her all the best for her health! 🙏🏽❤️
