My monsteras generally look healthy. They regularly put out new growth. However just the tips of the leaves turn brown. Is suspect this is under-watering or not enough humidity (I live in Utah). Any thoughts?

Hey all! So my mom bought me this arrangement as a move in gift. All of the plants are listed on the tag. Anyone know the best way to take care of this guy? Should I split them up and put them all in there individual pots or leave them in here. Additionally, I’ve never had a baby tomato plants so any advice on how to take care of it, how to plant it and what type of pot it is best in. Love for the advice! Thanks

Hey guys! I repotted my strawberry seedlings into individual pots about 3 weeks ago, but it seems like they’re growing too fast!! I repotted from the 2 inch wide nursery pots to 4 inch plastic ones, and the roots are escaping through the bottom already… do I need to repot again so soon? I don’t want the roots rotting because they’re not in the soil🫣 If they need repotting, what size pot should I go for? As they outgrew this quite quickly and I don’t want to have to repot every month and cause them stress, any advice welcome:) *** they are INDOOR strawberries, will not be transplanting outdoors as we don’t have a garden, so the pot will have to fit on the windowsill or where else would I be able to put them indoors? (Posted photos of the first day of repotting, to now… so much growth in so little time!!)

Hello! Please send me your recommendations on replotting my watermelon and zucchini plant. I’m very new to gardening and would like to make sure I’m doing the right thing for my first plants!

When Planta asks for the size of your plant, are we talking vertical or horizontal?

Round 2 of trying to plant my propagations! Last time didn’t go so well, I think it was because I didn’t wait for the roots to be long enough. Here’s to hoping this one goes better! Any tips would be appreciated!

In desperate need of advice! I’ve had this pink princess for about a month now and it was doing great until we moved 19 hours away and it sat in the car and only spritzed with water during our stops/breaks. The three leaves are not doing great at all and I’m really concerned. I’ve recently repotted to a better draining soil about a week ago and did not see any root rot, gets more than enough light in a SE window and grow lights with a humidifier near by.

Very specific question here but I had an idea lol. Has anyone tried putting grow light bulbs in their ceiling recessed lighting? I have a pretty dark space in my home (15 feet from an east facing window) that I keep the recessed light on most of the day and I feel that energy could be put to better use by growing a light loving plant lol. Any thoughts or advice welcome of course! 💚☺️

Is my n’joy ok if the white parts are turning darker/yellow or is it just them being bleached by the sun? The green parts are fine

Hello everyone 🩷 I just got this birds of paradise and I cleaned the leaves with a little mixture I made! But under this one leaf there’s these spots. Does anyone know what this is? I didn’t see any bugs at all besides a few dead gnats when I was cleaning.

Hey y’all! I’ve had my polka dots for a few months now, they have grown sooo much. But I have noticed little pink blooms on my plant. I’ve read that’s the end of their life, once they bloom. Is this anyone’s experience? If this is the case she has lived her purpose, as she is now the new home to five baby birds and a momma bird ❤️

Bought this frangipani for my bf about 1.5 years ago, has struggled to grow more than 3 leaves at a time. Eventually they all fall off and it starts over. Recently, it’s been looking lovely (last few months) but I just got back from a few days away and it has a couple leaves that are looking yellow/ brown spots. In the past, we have fought spider mites off of these guys. He sits in a partial sun window. Help!
