Hi friends! Iâm in Michigan and have just brought all my houseplants that were outside for summer back inside. Everything has been debugged and all are inside except my Croton. Itâs about 4â tall by 3â wide and I need some suggestions to help it stay this healthy. Iâll keep it under a grow light but should I do anything else? Should I buy a special grow light? Thx

I just got a grow light for my lil guys because my desk doesnât get a whole lot of sun. The reviews I got online were good but just wanted to ask the professionals (you guys) to see how youâve liked yours! :)

This is a zebra plant and when I got it it had some brown spots on some of the leaves. Although the plant is growing new leaves, the dead spots keep spreading. Should I just cut it orâŠ
thanks for your help.

Hi yâall first time poster Iâm hoping people have some answers for me because Iâm and the end of my rope, how on earth are yâall keeping your cats( if you have any) out of your house plants? My cats have be distorting the leaves on my monstera and Iâm getting so overly frustrated Iâm just thinking about rejoining my cats. So any advice will help or if anyone want ls a cat at this point they are free to good homes.

ITS ONLY 6:44 PM THE BRITISH WINTERS ARE TRYING TO RUIN MY PLANTS âahemâ luckily I invested into the magical light that is called a grow light, so these green fiends can get some of that extra saucy light. HAPPY LIGHT PLANTING?

Time for some repotting MADNESS!!! (Also if youâre wondering what Iâm mixing with, and what for, this is for my aroids, Iâve got some general house plant potting mix, vermiculite (great for keeping the soil moist but not a waterfall) orchid bark so the roots can get some breaths into their meditation practices, and sphagnum moss for the top soil to keep away that pesky mould. HAPPY PLANTING!!

My 4 year old and I have been attempting to grow strawberry plants from strawberries we bought at the store. Itâs been such a fun experience. We started August 1st and each picture is the first of the month since then. It was slow to start, but they really took off this last month!

I have a question, it might be a bit silly though... if plants have roots to drink water and nutrients and also to stabilise them, then a plant with a lot of roots is hunting for more water and nutrients? Someone asked me this and I didn't know how to answer
Hi Planty peeps!
I have this gorgeous Banana plant which is thriving to the extent I have two miniature ones growing underneath the main one.
When would you advise taking these out and sowing them as individual plants? One of them looks a bit cramped. Theyâve surprised me in how well and how quickly theyâve popped up!

A little appreciation post to the community here for helping me save this little plant (calathea orbifolia) . Look at the growth! 2 new little leaves! Please check out the before.
What changed:
Moved back from a window
Watered with distilled water
Let it go longer between waterings
This little guy is extra special to me because my autistic son picked out for me and has been really excited about watching it grow. Had it not been for him, I would have given up on this plant. đ±âŸïž
