Am I doing something wrong here? It’s like all the bottom leaves are yellowing and falling off. I can’t tell if it’s over or under watering either. First pic is 23 days ago and 2nd and 3rd are from today. It looks like all the leaves have a little yellow now ☹️☹️

Hi so yesterday I bought my first ever string of hearts now currently it’s on the windowsill but I want to eventually mount it on the wall but the thing is I’m in a flat with windows only really on one side and there’s no wall space in front of windows just next to them so I know it says part sun/part shade but would it be ok without any direct access to sunlight? Thank you 🖤

Cute story to brighten someone’s day. I have a little one that’s a year and half. She is really interested in all of my plants but I’ve shown her how to be gentle with them and I keep ones that are dangerous to her out of reach. Every morning she likes to go around and touch each one with one little finger and gently rubs her hair in the leaves of plants that are hanging down; all the while saying, “goo mornin! [good morning!]” 🤗🌱

hi ! i think i already know the answer, but did the sun scorch my boston ferns leaves? i moved them to a west facing window rather than south and i think the evening sun has hurt them 😭

I have a really pretty imperial delight bougainvillea and she needs to be repotted to a much bigger pot. But I have absolutely no idea what kind of dirt to use. I used like gardening soil and sand with some perlite but I don’t think she liked it. Any suggestions on dirt recommendations?

Hi! I’m curious about how much water I should be giving my plants. For all my watering tasks, Planta says to water the plant until water drips out of the drainage holes. However, this happens almost right away, before all the soil is saturated with water. My understanding however is that with succulents, you want to fully soak the soil when you water it. Should I stick with Planta’s guidance or should I fully saturate the soil?

Bought this rose from someone yesterday, anyone know what kind it is? Planta keeps telling me it is a wild rose but the pics don’t line up. It is very fragrant, peach colored, soft petals and not very spiked.

so.. yesterday i was repotting all of my new plants. i got to my orchid and its roots were a mix of green, yellow, white, and black. i thought the yellow meant bad so i chopped those off including the white and black. i now realize the error of my actions and the roots have become a root and a nub. what do i do

A while ago I posted a query to the forum about if anyone knew a way to add a pot of mixed plants to a site so that if it needed to be moved inside or outside I wasn’t constantly having to change the individual plant locations. I send the request to Planta and got a response back that I wanted to share as I am sure I am not the only one who would benefit. “I don't have the perfect solution. But we have added a mixed planter in Planta. So if you search for "mixed planter" in the plant search, you should see three different ones, for low, medium and high watering, one for indoor planters and one for outdoors. Pick the one that corresponds to the watering need you plant have. Then you can customize the photo so that it suits and then I would also add which plants that are in the mixed planter under pictures and notes 🙂”

Is this normal? My Tera pots keep getting this white stuff all on the edges, I have two they both have snake plants and they both do this
