I have a really pretty imperial delight bougainvillea and she needs to be repotted to a much bigger pot. But I have absolutely no idea what kind of dirt to use. I used like gardening soil and sand with some perlite but I don’t think she liked it. Any suggestions on dirt recommendations?

Hi!
I’m curious about how much water I should be giving my plants. For all my watering tasks, Planta says to water the plant until water drips out of the drainage holes. However, this happens almost right away, before all the soil is saturated with water. My understanding however is that with succulents, you want to fully soak the soil when you water it. Should I stick with Planta’s guidance or should I fully saturate the soil?

I have a plant that I think is a polka dot plant. I bought a pot for it but it doesn’t have any drainage. Is that okay for this plant? If not what is a way for me to add drainage?

Bought this rose from someone yesterday, anyone know what kind it is? Planta keeps telling me it is a wild rose but the pics don’t line up. It is very fragrant, peach colored, soft petals and not very spiked.

A while ago I posted a query to the forum about if anyone knew a way to add a pot of mixed plants to a site so that if it needed to be moved inside or outside I wasn’t constantly having to change the individual plant locations. I send the request to Planta and got a response back that I wanted to share as I am sure I am not the only one who would benefit.
“I don't have the perfect solution. But we have added a mixed planter in Planta. So if you search for "mixed planter" in the plant search, you should see three different ones, for low, medium and high watering, one for indoor planters and one for outdoors. Pick the one that corresponds to the watering need you plant have. Then you can customize the photo so that it suits and then I would also add which plants that are in the mixed planter under pictures and notes 🙂”

Hubby surprised me with these 2 for my birthday ❤️🎂. I believe they’re Majestic Palms they’re huge! I’m going to have rearrange our entire living room around them lol
From what I read here they can be hard to maintain…
I would greatly appreciate any advice or input on caring for these two queens. 💚🪴

My fishbone epiphyllum cactus grew these spikes. Is this how they flower or does it need more light? I cannot find any pictures with these structures on a fishbone.

I need some help dealing with snails. I have most of my plants in my porch and snails keep getting inside and all over the plants. One day, I found 6 in random spots. I don’t really know if they are a danger to the plants but I don’t want them here. My mother is terrified of snails and worms so she hates the snails. What can I do to help get rid of the snail problem?
