I have a fiddlehead fern (Matteuccia struthiopteris) I’m watering plenty and trying to regulate humidity for it. my question is are those brown tips a sign of low humidity ?

Could be over watering, very low humidity or the potting mix

Do you keep it on a humidity tray? That’s an easy potential fix if dry air is the problem.

I do not but that’s a good idea to try out, thanks

Here is what I do for my orchid. That’s just a plastic takeout container. The important thing is the plant can’t sit in the water, so the saucer keeps that from happening.
