I have some very basic grow bulbs in lights above some shelves in my house. Should I invest in different bulbs for plants such as pothos, ZZplants, philodendrons and a ponytail palm? I think I have full spectrum LED’s.

    I’ve personally never used grow lights for pothos or zz or philodendrons. Mine do good without too much light. Maybe the palm but I’ve never had that one.

    Determine the amount of light needed for each plant measured in lumens or similar units. Use a light meter or a light meter app to determine the amount of light reaching the plants. This will indicate if you need stronger lights or just need to move the lights closer or run them longer. 🪴🍀
