One of my Spider plant stems ended up bending due to its length and will not stay up. Any tips on how to keep it straight ??

Maybe rotate it quarterly every week. Mine had the same problem. I had it right in the window so it leaned wherever there was light.

Some of my spider plant leaves are bent too… is that bad?

The plant looks a little weak based on the dryness and pale color. It’s also planted too deeply since the connection of the leaves to the main stem is covered by soil. The pot might be too big for such a small plant because the plant needs to use up all the water in the soil in between watering and spider plants like a tight fitting pot for its large root. I recommend reducing the pot size in half. (My photo shows a spider baby I grew in a 3 inch wide pot. I never repotted.) The pot should hold the roots with about 1/2 inch around it for root growth. Use a potting mix with lots of perlite, coco chips/coir or small orchid bark chips. Raise the plant higher in the soil to expose the main “stem” and avoid rot. Add rooting hormone powder to boost root growth. Cut the dead leaves to avoid rot and bacterial growth that attracts pests. Add fertilizer to the water at least once a month. I also add SuperThrive plant vitamins. Give it bright indirect light. My spider plants get direct morning light and bright shade. 🪴🍀

This is an older leaf. It’s no problem, it’s just shedding it like an old nail. Gotta make way for the new growth. Pot size looks fine to me because they prefer more soil for more water retention. New growth isn’t crisping so humidity is fine. Just need patience. It’ll fill in that pot in time.
