Hi! Teen plant lover, and just wanted to share a little about my favorite plant! This is Pooh (as in Winnie the Pooh haha), and I’ve had em’ for about one year. I’ve noticed a little gradient effect on my neon pothos, which I find interesting. It is slightly darker green closer to the base, and lightens out to a more neon color as it drapes down. They are thriving, and I’m so happy! I’ve had Pooh the second longest (my oldest is my money/lucky tree, Felix), and I’m proud to come this far. Maybe I should have listened to Planta, but my decorative pot has sustained Pooh for a while. I’ve had it so long in the decorative pot without drainage holes, that now I’m afraid to repot it into a new one with drainage holes in fear it will not be as healthy as it is now. 😭😭 I have shown a picture from about a year ago, and it’s progress to now! Anyways, thanks for reading, and I am completely open to suggestions and tips! ☀︎

If it's happy in the pot without drainage I would leave it alone, if it ain't broke don't fix it:) I've had plants die on me after making changes I thought were necessary but weren't

Although, next time you do repot, I would then add it into a pot with drainage whether it's plastic or terracotta with a hole, as drainage is very important and makes it much easier to water. But it seems you know the perfect amount of water to add so it doesn't get waterlogged:) so yeah I would just keep doing whatever you're doing if she's healthy. If you start noticing signs and symptoms of rot then I would check the roots and consider an early repot. Plants love drainage but they also love consistency (whatever is making them currently happy).

Very nice. My only warning on the neon pothos is that it is sun sensitive. I learned it the hard way moving mine to a window with brighter sun in the summer. Eeek! I scorched a bunch of leaves. I was so mad at myself. Had to cut it back and 2 months later it is nice and full again. The filtered light with the shade/sheer curtain is a great place/idea!
