Does anyone know what could be causing this on my monstera? Happening only on the new leaves. Gets enough water.

How new are the leaves? Most leaves go through a process known as “hardening”. Whenever a new leaf develops, it is usually thinner and more pliable than a mature leaf. This is so the plant can grow and eventually so the leaf can unfurl. Hardening is the period in which leaves darken slightly and stiffen into the leaf’s final shape.

The one on the left has been about 2 weeks, the one on the right just a couple days

This youngster was looking really floppy and sad for some time but I’ve turned the plant so she can get a view of the sky and she’s hardening up nicely now so maybe you could find a spot with a better line of sunlight.
