My petunias continue to die. Got any advice on how to treat them? I added slow release fertilizer, I water them every day in the evening and even clipped off the dead leaves. 😢

    Depends on your location of course but mine are taking a beating from the high temps. Self watering pots but were in direct sun most of day on my front porch steps. Have moved them to slightly shady spot hoping for the best. Upper 90’s and over 100 last week. I have always heard watering in morning is better than evening.

      I’ll try moving them to a partially shaded area and water them in the mornings. Thank you ☺️

      Morning watering 💯! Then the roots actually have something to cool them when the sun beats down during the day. Plus, wet roots at night can lend to fungal/disease issues.
