    are you watering enough? alocasia doesn’t want to dry out

    I am. Might need to transfer to smaller pot. They can be so temperamental.

      i don’t usually let the soil of mine get as dry as it looks in this photo. maybe a smaller pot would help. mine does really well in a 1:1 mix of peat and perlite, i find it keeps a good moisture balance

    Pruning off the dead leaves will help the rest stay healthy. Maybe it's getting too much or not enough sun?
