    I’ve only ordered plants from Etsy. All the plants came in good condition.

      So far, no. I have ordered seven plants from four different sellers. I always try to look at their previous reviews beforehand to decide. I have only purchased younger plants or propagated pieces that were not that costly.

      Sky Garden by Phoenix, The Green Escape, and coollectiveplants are all the sellers that I received great plants from. 😊

    Personal favorites on Etsy are green escape and fresh from the greenhouse.. AVOID golden greenery

    I have also had good experiences with purchasing plants from Etsy, one vendor I used is ThorBackyardNursery. I was impressed with how well my items were prepped.

    I’ve had good orders from (in no particular order) Planty Town, Blackwood Botanical, Zensability, Paradise Found Nursery, and Xiao1977 on Etsy. I’ve also heard good things about BWH and Orange Lake Nursery. My favorite is probably Xiao1977 if you’re looking for rare plants. They pack orders like no other! Great communication as well. And even though I doubt you’d have an issue with them, it’s nice having Etsy to back you up if something goes wrong. Or if you pay on any site with PayPal, they can handle disputes too

    Tips: Buy an optional heat pack and thermal insulation when shipping in winter or verify with the seller the packaging used to protect your purchases during shipping. Try to buy from a seller/shop close you to minimize the time the plants will transport in too cold or too hot weather. I do buy from growers all over the US from Oregon to Southern California to New York and too many from Florida. I mostly order in spring and autumn when the weather is not extreme. Etsy Shops: Read the store policies and notice store location. Ask seller questions before buying. Never assume anything. They answer within a day. Take several pictures before and during unboxing. Immediately notify the seller if there are issues. Some store policies void refunds if problems are not reported the delivery day.
