Two questions: can this little pepperomia be successfully transferred into PON, and what are the hornlike structures that are sprouting from this plant? Are these something that suck energy from this plant; should they be removed, or what? TIA!
Those are the flowers!! I am unsure about the PON question, but I would wait to repot so you don’t lose the flowers!

In my experience Peperomia flowers don’t negatively effect the plant, so no need to remove them. They mean you’re getting all the conditions right! 😊
