Looks like an early sign of under watering.

Hard to underwater most peperomia. Best guess is overwatering. Is the soil wet or bone dry? I mean dry thru out entire pot. If it is dry, he is under watered. If moist, he is over watered. If over, check root system for health.

I got this plant several years ago from a friend, and she had it in a pot without drainage. I have never repotted, and I usually just water without checking the soil, but I do go quite a while between watering. I'm definitely going to be repotting. I think I might try to chop and prop because it can no longer support itself. I'm gonna try some in leca, and hopefully something works.
