My order from the Planta store just arrived. Unpacked to find one dead peperomia. The other four plants seem to be in good shape. Have already emailed. Heat pack was included but was cold. This delivery came early. It was scheduled for Tuesday. All would have been dead by then.
Yeah, I’ve had to rehab 2 out of 3 plants I ordered from the app, but customer service was decently fast at offering help and a refund.

Oh no! I was about to order some plants on their sale but now I’m nervous. I do live in Southern California though so our weather isn’t too cold right now.
