Well the first seeing when you get tomato plants they get very big and when they produce flowers they will self pollinate them so that you don’t need to pollinate the tomatoes is my knowledge I gotten from my tomato plant

It’s a little difficult to see the dark spots but here’s a link to help identify it. www.thespruce.com/identify-treat-prevent-tomato-diseases-7153094

The dark spots are aphids most likely which are farmed by ants. You can blast them off with a water hose as long as you have a nice sturdy plant and I recommend treating for ants.

If the spots are moving on the leaves, then, it’s pest. Treat with insecticidal soap. If the spots are in the leaves, it’s likely fungal growth which is common on tomatoes. Treat with a commercial fungicide. Fungal growth can be caused by overwatering, insufficient sunlight and poor air circulation. I recommend letting the soil dry a bit more between watering. Gradually place in full sun or under a strong grow light. Edible plants need at least 6 hours of full sun to produce fruit. Also, check out articles on burying tomato plants deep into soil to quickly get roots along the stem. This is done when planting late in spring to quickly force roots before the growing season ends. 🍀🪴
