Help!! what do i do… i got this plant yesterday haven’t even named her yet and she got hurt otw here white liquid started coming out… what do i do

    Put it back together to try to fuse it since the cut sections are still flowing sap. Put on splints underneath parallel with the vein for support. Try toothpicks, chopsticks or something light but won’t bend and tape them. The certain vein might fuse together. There maybe a split remaining in the leaf. Won’t hurt to try.

      I've found thin skewers for grilling super helpful for this! I just snip off the pointy end.

    If the leaves or super pliable that might be because of overwatering too?

    It’s a ficus, so the white stuff is its sap. The end of the leaf will die. I would take my scissors and cut across the leaf, cutting the end section off. It will eventually die as the plant ages not a stressful event it will just look funny for awhile
