Goodevening planta community, Here’s an update because the last pictures were blurry. If anyone could give me tips and tricks for taking care of these beautiful clone flowers. I have a LED, fan on them from already 4 days now counting today, ive recently put them outside for full direct sunlight as it clouded up for less than 20 minutes. How do you think they are looking? These are In Home Genetics that are propagated. Is my setup good enough ? How often should I water, should the soil be moist or dry . How do I know it’s too much water? 👍🏻❤️

Is this cannabis? I’m not trying to be funny. I didn’t want to incorrectly assume it’s something it is not.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, of videos and websites dedicated to growing it. They are much more informative than Planta. Good luck🍀🍀🍀

Hello 👋 Your plant looks decent for your first time. A couple things to note: You need to figure out if this is auto flowering or if it needs to be flipped first. This will define how you’re going to fertilize. Generally, plants that need to be flipped is a little more flexible. Plants that auto flower will start to bloom at a specific week period. Once you figure that part out, you need to find some good isolated fertilizers to use. I like General Hydroponics for how easy it is to measure. With cannabis, isolated fertilizing is important because pre-flower, you need lots of nitrogen but after flower, you will need to feed the flowers phosphorus so they get big and plump. Most people will grow these in 5G buckets at home because they grow a lot of roots. You generally want to water only when the top is dry but you never want it to completely dry out. They are thirsty plants. Lastly, I believe you may also be missing some calmag - calcium and magnesium. These two are the most important nutrients you need outside of NPK for healthy leaves (yellowing around the edges is a good indicator you aren’t fertilizing enough). Hope this helps. A really good resource is Growweedeasy.com. Look up the guides by Nebula Haze. I think she’s very thorough and uses lots of pictures. ☺️

Thank you for taking the time to write, I greatly appreciate your advice and I am going to go ahead and follow through. These little huggers are kept indoors , fan near and LEDS. It was first Watered on the 28th , / completely forgot about them and saw that the cups were dry to touch then watered the following morning on the 30th and 31st. These are In Home Genetics, so they were grown in the special glass till rooting. (They have roots) If I were to feel the solo cup with soil, it is soft. when I water them I pour water till it’s at the top rim / let it sit and no more. I’ve also recently started watering using a recycled awesome-O bottle that has a mist spray. I shut off the LEDS for 3-4 hours today. I had them on since the 28th so I decided to give them a break. 3-4hours Do you think if I were to put General Hydroponics Phosphorus cal/mag/ ,does it high success rate? do you think I should repot and place these two in separate 5g pots? Even if roots are not visible on the bottom solo cup, and I honestly don’t know the root progress as for I’m not educated enough to pull it up without hurting it. Is it bad to keep the soil watered and kept soft? Or should I let it sit and do its thing and follow through only when I see the soil dry? Huge thanks, -AH

The hours really depends on the strain. I’m not familiar with that one so I’m not sure. :( the only time it’ll matter for light hours is after flipping - the plant either wants 12 on and 12 off or if it’s auto flowering, it won’t matter. Everything I’ve read says GH is pretty safe and it has really good outcomes so I think you definitely should start using it. I do think you should repot. Sooner is better than later because the roots can easily get tangled and then it’ll be impossible later on. If you water first, it’ll make it easier to remove the soil. ☺️
