Two days ago I thought roots of my umbrella tree were growing out of the drainage hole. Today it's definitely a fungus of some kind. Any thoughts? Should I remove it?

Those kinds of mushrooms are extremely common in pots soil. U dont have to, it does mean your soil is healthy, but if its paired with a plant that doesnt need too much water, it can indicate overwatering or the pot is staying wet too long.
