   Make sure the front of the leaves are facing the light so they don’t burn. And always use a moss pole, try to start early with that

   i would recommend rotating your plant 180°, it looks like the back of the plant (where the aerial roots point) is facing towards the window while the leaves face inside. i would also recommend getting a bamboo pole or wooden stake as a support instead of a moss pole. monstera are really sturdy plants and can overtake a moss pole within a month or two, and it will be a pain to remove the roots from the moss. a dry support (like a stake or board) is much more adequate for such large plants
