My Thai desperately needs a repot but it's been pushing a new leaf each month. Is it best to wait till it's not actively growing? The roots are just growing out of the top and bottom of the pot!?!

Repotting in spring is a good time regardless of leaf growth. You could get yellowing and dropped leaves from damaged roots during the repotting. You can get the same from being in a root bound state. Better to repot and give it room. The shock of repotting will wear off. 🪴🍀
