I noticed that my monstera has this dark spots on it... what it could be?

    Hard to tell for sure from the pics but first impression is mechanical damage. They’re *so* delicate when the tissue is still fresh; it’s easy to damage without knowing it.

      agree^ also recommend moving the velcro — you want to velcro the stem, not the petioles to the pole (see pic). they like to move around!
