   Those leaves are likely to die. Is that a prayer plant or calathea? Looks overwatered or stressed in some way. That’s a super small pot for a prayer plant. If it has any type of tubers underneath it can throw up new leaves, but if not it’s likely a dead plant.

     The root ball is small. It’s a red prayer plant

     I’d let it dry out and give it bright indirect light and see what happens. Only water when the top layer is moist and slightly dry.
