    I had this problem! I assumed it was root rot, they was just falling off as I touched them. No matter what I did it never worked and it ended up dying 😩

    Are the roots mushy, slimy, falling off? If it’s root rot, cut off all the black and rotted parts. Let it sit until it callus over (maybe 30mins - 1 hr. It might get a little floppy since it’ll start losing moisture rapidly from the leaves but it’s okay! It’ll come back). Once it callus over burry the rhizome where the leaves come out from in a planter with some damp perlite. It should be near the top just enough to keep it stable in the planter. Place the planter in another container that has enough water to touch a bit of the bottom of the perlite. Place it in a spot with indirect light and a clear cover over it but make sure your cover doesn’t touch the leaves. It should perk up the next day and you’ll see new roots growing after few more days.

    Cut all of the brown soft mushy roots off and repot her into a smaller pot
