Due to the fact that there are so many rose cultivars, it can be difficult to ID them. Yours is definitely a double-bloom variety, and its growth habit looks like a hybrid tea. If you know how old the plant is, that might help (an old plant can't be a newly developed cultivar). There is one called 'Martha Stewart' that looks pretty similar, but again, there are going to be a ton of similar varieties. If ever you want to confirm its exact ID, you could get it dna tested
