Just general advice, when should i be repotting my plants. I think the roots are starting to come out of the bottom of their pots and I wanna make sure Im doing this right.

Generally if i see roots coming out the haveor see some yellowing in the leaves ill check, as it can be a sign that the roots are sitting in water. Or if it's obvious the plant is outgrowing the pot, like a tipping hazard.
3 Likessome roots showing out of the drainage hole is normal and does not indicate repot — roots follow the water, no biggie. in general, unless you have full blown spaghetti noodles coming out or the water is running straight by through because it’s mostly roots and little soil, it’s best to repot right at the start of spring
