How long should a monstera thai produce a new leaf??
How long should a monstera thai produce a new leaf??
Can you clarify?
0 LikesI’ve had my thai for about 3 months and it’s only grown one leaf. I’m so impatient
0 LikesDo you mean how long until it makes a new leaf? Or how long as new leaf takes to open
0 LikesHow long until it produces a new leaf
0 LikesIt will really depend. Thai can be sliw growers. But lots of light and some regular fertilizer, should help. Mines in a S window and I fertilize every 2-3 weeks.
0 LikesMine gives me a new leaf about once a month. She gets watered about every three days with light fertilizer and gets amazing light…
1 LikeDepends on conditions I suppose. I bought a Thai about 2 months ago and had brought 2 new leaves since.
1 LikeI feel like mine usually takes 20-30 days
1 LikeAbout one leaf per month for me
1 LikeMy big one usually gives me one every month or so but my smaller ones have been taking way longer than that lately, I’ve found there’s no way to tell they just do it when they feel like it lol
1 LikeAbout once a month for me. But another monstera I had (not a thai) did not produce any new leaves for about three months. I was getting quite annoyed with it😅. If you just got it or repotted it recently its pry just trying to adjust. I think they usually concentrate on growing roots first.
1 LikeThis would make a lot of sense! When I first got her roughly 3 months ago I repotted her, as I usually do with any new plants just to see how the root system is, she’s very healthy just no new leaves .. ugh 😆
0 LikesYep sounds familiar😏. All you can do is make sure its getting everything it needs and be patient.🙂
