Okay, so I have had this Monsteria propagation in the water for a WHILE now. It even opens up a new leaf recently. It is ready to be planted in soil, but I don’t have a pot for it, and a pole. How long can it stay in the water for?

It can stay in water pretty close to indefinitely. If you keep it in there for a long time, be sure to give it a little bit of hydro nutrients from time to time!
2 J'aimeAwesome! Thanks!
1 j'aimethe longer it stays in water the higher the chances are of significant shock when you do transfer to soil, so do a bit a research about how to make the transition more successful when you are ready
3 J'aimeOkay, thank you!
0 J'aimeHow long have you had it in the water just out of curiosity?
0 J'aimeJuly 11th it was cut from its momma and put in a jar of water.
1 j'aimeI would only take it out if it shows signs it doesn’t like it- yellowing leaves or blackening roots. I’ve had my cutting in water all summer too because I don’t have the right sized pot!
