    I’ve seen discoloration/drying out like this on my money tree too. I haven’t been too bothered by it and he seems to be thriving, growing 2 new leaves atm.

    Is this Plumeria? If so, it looks like rust

    I have this on mine too. Someone advised that it might be due to I under watering or chemical burn. Since I didn’t treat it with anything I’m guessing it was under watered? I’ve watered it more regularly and it hasn’t gotten any worse. Also not ruling out sunburn as that could be possible.
