I live in a high altitude, low humidity area with intense sunlight. I am having some trouble with the app recommendations for lighting and watering, although I have updated the location and humidity settings. The AI plant doctor will diagnose water and light issues, but the app recommends other things. Anyone else out there in the Rocky Mountains Front Range with advice?

Bright indirect light is the best I have found , and I bought a humidifier because the humidity is terrible , I water twice a week but sometimes with a few different plants three times

Thank you! Are you doing a full soil soak water each time?

Yes , but always check to make sure most of the soil is dry like the top two layers etc

the ai is almost useless. it can't factor in your environmental conditions, potential health of the plant, and often can't identify the plant correctly which means it can't identify the conditions the plant may be predisposed to. humans will always be better 🤷‍♂️ i'm not in the rockies, but i'm familiar with the conditions there. humidity and temps are the biggest deal i think. be careful to keep plants distanced from windows, as glass is thin compared to walls and the temperature on the glass can still affect your plants, even if your house is heated and the windows are closed. and like the other commenter suggested, humidifiers are a life saver for those in drier climates
