Can someone tell me why my Arrowhead Plant leaves aren’t unfurling? She was a little dry but was watered well yesterday and I haven’t noticed any change. I rescued her from the 50% off table at Lowe’s and I’m determined to save her 😂

Humidity? I'm not a pro but I would think maybe the humidity is too low. Maybe try misting her and holding a slightly warm towel around the leaves to help it unfurl?!? Either way best of luck!
1 mi piaceHow long has it been? Sometimes a plant will spit out new growth faster than it can handle, and itll take them almost a month to unfurl! Either way, your leaves look very healthy and as long as the plant soaks up that water within 1 - 1.5 weeks that is a healthy syngonium!!!
1 mi piaceOh you’ve given me hope! I got her about three weeks ago, so I’ll try to keep her happy and practice patience. Thank you 🪴🥰
1 mi piaceI had the same problem, and changed from soil to a semi-hydro LECA setup and she is now going beautifully 😊
1 mi piaceI’m going to try this next time she needs a repot, or sooner if she refuses to perk up. Thanks!
0 Mi piaceGet that cutie more light and more humidity!!! Pebble trays are our friend when a syngonium lives indoors. When they live indoors they shoot new leaves out a lot slower than if they’re outside. Nice plant regardless!
2 Mi piaceShe gets 12 hours of grow light, it was just past her bedtime. Thanks for the pebble tray tip!!
1 mi piaceI mist my arrowheads daily to keep humidity high it helps the leafs unfurl better. I just broke a leaf off a week ago and mine is growing a new one already
1 mi piaceThat’s a great idea! I’ve only been misting mine once or twice a week. I’ll try this!
