After this money plant was given to me, the leaves began to yellow & fall off. I realized that it was in a pot with no drainage! So I repotted it & brought it back to life, but the leaves have longer stems than originally & they’re not as thick or close together. Is this normal?

Looks beautiful! Normally that means the plant is searching for light, when it has that kind of ‘leggy’ growth. Could be that it’s adjusting to the new space, or that it needs a brighter window to grow light

Don’t be afraid to snip the leggy ones. I moved mine close to an east window thinking it would like it. Nope. I sunburned some leaves. I snipped it back, it came back a little leggy too. I put it in a North window about 5-6 feet from an east window and it is happy as a clam now. So might not be quite in the right light yet.

Great advice. Thank you. I’m going to move my plant to a North-facing window.
